UPDATE (Mar. 16, 2013): Recovery from the Tech Apocalypse continues, but Comics Bronze Age is ready to return with new reviews Monday (Mar. 18). Repair work is ongoing as we crawl out from under the perfect storm of a damaged hard drive, a WordPress hack and a corrupt WordPress plugin. There’s still work to be done – we’re probably about 90 percent restored at this point – but critical systems are back online. Thank you again for your patience and we’ll see you here next week! Comics Bronze Age will return from its nearly two-year hiatus this fall. Look for three new reviews of favorite old comics every week, beginning Sep. 3! [More] From the Editor Bad news to report. While Dad’s hip surgery went great, other life matters have escalated to the point where I have no choice but to shutter Comics Bronze Age for the foreseeable future. I certainly hope to bring it back at some point, but, at least for now, my time and energy are required elsewhere. Thanks to everyone for the support over the past two years. It’s been a lot of fun. [More] From the Editor I’ve unexpectedly run headlong into a series of outside commitments — beginning with helping care for my dad during his recovery from hip surgery — that will take me out of town for a few weeks. Sadly, this means Comics Bronze Age will be going into reruns for a while. I’ll do my best to keep the rerun mix interesting, and will post an update when new reviews are set to return.
